Genre a 33 1/3 Series Open for Submissions

A lot has happened since our announcement of the Genre: A 33 1/3 Series back in August 2021! We now have an exciting group of published and upcoming books, including:

Do you have an idea for a genre not yet covered? Submit a proposal! This is a relatively new series and there’s a huge amount of territory to cover. We’d love you to participate in continuing to get it off the ground.

Please follow the submission guidelines for the original 33 1/3 series found here. You can send to the 33 1/3 submission e-mail listed on the page and please include “GENRE” as the first word in the subject line. The format for books in this series is similar to the original series, but slightly longer at about 40,000 words. We encourage you to focus on sub or micro genres, lesser-known/rarely covered genres, specific decades/locations of a larger genre, etc.

We plan to review new submissions at the end of the summer, so please submit your proposal for the Genre: A 33 1/3 Series by August 30th.
