I meant to put up a post about this yesterday, before the event, but it’s still a great read nonetheless.
The Anthology Film Archives aired a comprehensive screening of M. Henry Jones’s film work on Thursday night, and the Wall Street Journal did a nice write-up of the show, focusing on his video for “Soul City” by the Fleshtones. Joe Bonomo, author of our definitive biography of the Fleshtones, Sweat, is quoted several times in the piece.
